🛠 Wrong UPI Transaction ko Reverse kaise karein?

Agar aapse galti se paise galat UPI ID par chale gaye hain, to ye steps follow karein:

1. UPI App ke through Complaint karein

Sabhi popular UPI apps jaise Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm aur BHIM me ek dedicated Help / Report section hota hai.

  • App open kijiye aur jis transaction me galti hui hai usse select kijiye.

  • Waha aapko “Report a Problem” option milega.

  • Ab “Wrong UPI Transaction” choose karke details fill kijiye.

  • Transaction ID, amount aur issue clearly mention karein.

Iske baad app ki support team aapki request process karegi.

2. Bank ke saath Complaint Register karein

Aapko turant apne bank se contact karna chahiye.

  • Aap nearest branch visit kar sakte ho ya bank ke customer care number par call kar sakte ho.

  • Complaint ke liye aapko ye details ready rakhni hongi:

    • UPI Transaction ID

    • Beneficiary account number

    • Wrong UPI ID

    • Transaction ka time aur date

  • Bank me aap ek written complaint bhi submit kar sakte hain.

3. NPCI ke saath Complaint karein

UPI ko NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) handle karta hai.

  • Aap NPCI ke toll-free number 1800-120-1740 par call karke complaint register kar sakte ho.

  • Agar aapki problem 30 din me solve nahi hoti hai, to aap NPCI ke official grievance portal par bhi complaint file kar sakte ho.

  1. Paise bhejne se pehle hamesha recipient ka naam aur UPI ID verify karein.

  2. Contact list se select karte waqt double-check karein ki number sahi hai.

  3. Large transactions karne se pehle ek small test payment bhejkar confirm kar sakte ho.

  4. Kisi bhi unknown UPI link ya QR code par trust na karein.
