WhatsApp ne Thursday ko India mein apna naya Bill Payments feature launch kar diya hai. Is feature ke baad users ko utility bills pay karne ke liye WhatsApp se bahar kisi doosre app par jaane ki zarurat nahi hogi. Users directly WhatsApp par apne bills search, manage aur pay kar sakenge.

Is service ke liye Meta ka platform Bharat Connect (BBPS) network ka use kar raha hai. WhatsApp par users ko 30 se zyada categories mein 22,722 billers ka support milega. Ismein electricity, gas, water, FASTag, insurance, credit card aur loan EMI jaise bills shamil hain.

WhatsApp Bill Payments feature ko filhaal gradually rollout kiya ja raha hai aur aane wale kuch hafton mein ye India ke sabhi Android aur iOS users ke liye available ho jayega.

India Mein WhatsApp Bill Payments Kaise Use Karein?

WhatsApp ke mutabik, Bill Payments feature ke launch ke baad app ka in-app payment experience mobile recharge aur doosre transactions se kaafi aage badh gaya hai.

Users WhatsApp open karke home screen par sabse upar dikhne wale ₹ (Rupee) icon par tap karke Bill Payments access kar sakte hain. Iske baad users ko apni bill category aur biller select karna hoga.

Biller select karne ke baad account details enter karni hongi. Iske baad WhatsApp bill amount fetch karke screen par show karega. Payment karne se pehle users bill amount ko dobara check bhi kar sakte hain.

WhatsApp par bill payment ke liye UPI, Debit Card aur Credit Card tino payment options ka support milega.

Household Bills Summary Se Milegi Extra Convenience

WhatsApp Bill Payments feature ki ek useful facility 'Household Bills Summary' hai. Ismein previous bills automatically fetch hokar users ko dikhai denge.

Iske alawa, jin billers ko users ne pehle WhatsApp ke through pay kiya hai, woh bhi home screen par one-tap access ke saath dikhai denge. Isse users ko baar-baar biller search karne ki zarurat nahi padegi.

WhatsApp ke mutabik, users ek hi biller ke andar multiple accounts bhi manage kar sakenge. Iska fayda un users ko milega jo ghar, office ya family members ke alag-alag bills ek hi jagah se manage aur pay karna chahte hain.

WhatsApp ka naya Bill Payments feature Bharat Connect (BBPS) se powered hai. Company ke mutabik, is service mein 30 se zyada categories ke 22,722 billers ka support diya ja raha hai.

In categories mein electricity, gas, water, FASTag, insurance, credit card aur loan EMI ke alawa kai doosre regular payments bhi shamil hain.

WhatsApp ki home screen par popular bill categories automatically upar dikhai dengi. Wahin poori list dekhne ke liye 'See All' option milega, jahan 20 se zyada categories access ki ja sakengi.

Company ka kehna hai ki ye feature users ke liye bill payment ko aur easy banane ke liye launch kiya gaya hai, taaki unhe bills pay karne ke liye baar-baar alag-alag apps par switch na karna pade.
